yes, a sense of Purpose and Mission is the most motivating. This is something I can relate to and personally attest to. Everyday, I wake up and go to “work” becos I know that what I do is in line with my Personal Life Purpose, which is helping to raise Financial Literacy level in Singapore and the region and helping people to either learn how to invest, learn how to save money or Grow their money better….
