Dennis Ng shared a very interesting chart, the CLSA Feng Shui Index. Click the above picture to see the full image.
CLSA is based in Hong Kong and is both a brokerage and investment firm. It also provides research and this is just one of the interesting analysis they provide – predict the stock market performance with Feng Shui. Looking at the 2010 chart, it seems quite accurate. We shall see how the events will unfold for the rest of the year. If they are right, we are in for a good run!

FYI – I am still on the long side. I think this is a correction and not another crisis (yet). Take a look at my previous post on the “Characteristics of a bull run“. We are probably in stage 4 now. Again, do not take it as the absolute truth because I can be wrong. But the difference is that I limit my losses and I can afford to take them.
